Buster Biz-Business gets more than he bargained when he wishes for everyone to stop having birthdays. Everyone keeps getting older, but they still treat he and his sister Babs like babies. Randall Radbot returns as their chilled out babysitter. He's over four hundred years old, so humans of all ages look about the same to him.
