In this courage meditation, Zizi rides the Dream Engine, passing by her anxieties about grades, embarrassment, and the environment, then letting them go on her way to sleep.

Lessons include: Self-care makes it easier and more rewarding to care for others; other people’s judgment cannot change our inherent worth; our mistakes help us grow when we acknowledge them.
