266. Meditation: What if Cthunkle covered the town in ice cream?

Our Freditation was such a hit that we're back this week with a Squiditation led by Cthunkle. We're focusing on gratitude over the holidays... and we will be grateful if we don't all get frozen under Cthunkle's ice cream avalanche!

Lessons include: gratitude, mindfulness, body positivity, owning mistakes, forgiveness, appreciation for astronomy!
